Apply by calling the Nerima Ward Oversized Garbage Reception Center (03-5703-5399) or online.
Purchase a payment ticket (sticker) for the processing fee at a convenience store, etc.
Cancel your crime prevention registration (proceed at your nearest police box or bicycle shop)
Paste the payment ticket and put it out at the door by 8 a.m. on the collection day.
