Apply to the Oversized Garbage Reception Center by phone or online.
Purchase a payment ticket (sticker) for the processing fee of 400 yen to 1,000 yen at a convenience store, etc.
Cancel your crime prevention registration (proceed at your nearest police box or bicycle shop)
Paste the payment ticket and put it out at the door by 8 a.m. on the collection day.
