- Make a reservation by phone or at the Clean Center counter (3 months to 2 weeks before desired collection date)
- Receive the application documents mailed from the Clean Center
- Fill out the bulky waste collection application form and item list
- Submit the application to the Clean Center, Environmental Division, or Hiyoshidai Branch Office at least 1 week in advance
- Be present on the collection day
